Mission statement
The mission of G-Men Nation, Inc. is to support the successful growth and lively sustainment of the HBCU football program experience. To that end, the viable foci are to continue to maintain the elite status of being the premier intercollegiate organization in the nation, while providing the guidance and structure that permeate the G-Men band of brothers. As well, the awarding of academic and athletic scholarship will be offered to HBCU students who uphold the high standards of their university, and who devote time and effort to the uplifting of the football program.
Therefore, for assistance in fulfilling the mission, we incorporate the following targeted aims as the vision to catapult and advance the program goals, they are:
- To champion, promote, and preserve interest in the program, among and between alumni and stakeholders.
- To encourage the ongoing and committed participation of alumni and stakeholders when fundraising.
- To enhance the environment and opportunities for student athletes of HBCU football teams, thereby creating memorable collegiate exposure.
- To designate finances and render solid recognition to the G-Men and the University’s HBCU football program; and
- To assist the program toward social change, to include voter registration drives, law enforcement interaction/information seminars, and a myriad of other mentoring type projects.

Former NFL Offensive Lineman… fifth round pick (124th selection) of the 1993 NFL draft, Cleveland Browns… also member of the inaugural 1996 Baltimore Ravens… Under the tutelage of the legendary Eddie G. Robinson, was leader of Grambling’s offensive line, started all 12 games at left tackle on 1993 Heritage Bowl Championship and 1992 National Championship team, earning All-SWAC first-team, second-team All-Louisiana and Tigers Outstanding Offensive Lineman honors… Four-year letterman… As a senior (1992), was first-team Sheridan Black College All-America and won second-team All-America credentials (NCAA Division 1-AA) from Associated Press, Sports Network, and Pro Draft Report… As a junior (1991), earned Tigers Outstanding Offensive Lineman honors… Redshirted in 1990 after knee injury… As a sophomore on 1989 SWAC Championship team, earned second-team All-SWAC honors, All-Louisiana honorable mention and Tigers Newcomer of the year honors… 1988 Graduate of Opelousas High School… All-City and All-District… Nicknamed “Big V”... Currently resides in Opelousas, LA and is a National Account Manager with GHA Technologies, Inc… Divorced… three children… one grandchild… Brother, Robert, is former Head Football Coach at Richwood HS (Monroe).

Dr. Roderick Henderson

Was born and raised in Brookhaven, Mississippi and is the son of Arlustra and Ella Mae Henderson. He graduated from Brookhaven High School in 1990 and went on to play for the legendary Eddie Robinson at Grambling State University. While at Grambling, Roderick achieved such honors as first team All-Southwest Athletic Conference, All-Louisiana, and first team Sheridan Black All-American. In 1994, he received his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and went on to obtain his Master’s, Specialist and Doctoral degrees in Education Leadership from Mississippi College. Roderick has served in the field of education for over 24 years in such capacities as teacher, football coach, principal, deputy superintendent, and currently as superintendent of the Brookhaven School District. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated and serves as a Deacon at Mount Missionary Baptist Church. He is married to the former Dr. Stephanie Johnson of Jackson, Mississippi, and they have two sons, Roderick and Michael.

Currently resides in Sana Clarita, CA and is a Senior Program Manager for Southern California Edison… Married… two children… interest include fishing, coaching, mentoring, volunteering and traveling.

A native of Hodge, Louisiana with 22+ years of experience in marketing, business development, B2B sales, and account management at F500 companies, have consistently developed and executed strategies that accelerated successful growth across multiple platforms at an array of healthcare and pharmaceutical companies. She is an Executive. Growth Disorder Therapy Manager at Novo Nordisk, and performs as an active member of the Rufus Harris GSU Alumni Chapter in Birmingham, AL, as well as being a life member of Grambling University National Alumni Association. A high school graduate of Jonesboro-Hodge High Schoo;. She began her career at Merck & Company, post graduation from Grambling State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Management, Wharton Executive Education, MBA from Webster University, currently pursuing Doctorate in Business Administration from Walden University.
She is a member of Alpha Kappa Sorority, National Black MBA Association, National Sales Network, MAGIC Foundation, American Management Association, African Americans in Novo Nordisk, Women in Novo Nordisk, National Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Association, and Black Doctoral Network. Presently resides in the greater Birmingham Metro areas of Alabama. |

Criminal Justice. Business Entrepreneur, and Philanthropist. CEO, Pro Player Promotions. Married, 3 children. Resides, Houston TX.

Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with 24 years of professional managerial experience in the areas of supply chain, operations, and logistics. The Son of Annie Phillips and Larry Mack is a Graduate of McKinley High school where he was a four year letterman in football and where he received All-State HM, All-district 1st team, Defensive Player of the Year, Who’s Who Honor in Football and a Member of the 1990 High School All American Football Team. Attended Grambling State University where he played for the GSU Football Team under Legendary Coach Eddie Robinson. A member of the 1992 National & Heritage Bowl Championship Team, 1994 SWAC Championship Team, 1994 All-SWAC 1st team, SWAC Defensive Player of the Year, 1st Team Black College All American and member of the 1994 Heritage Bowl Team. Happily married to his high school sweetheart Shunn Phillips for 24 years and proud father of their daughter Kylie… Nickname “Block” … Loves shoes and sunglasses. Enjoys sports and quality time with friends and family.

Retired Store Manager, Walmart Store, Inc. His hometown is Opelousas, La where he attended Opelousas Senior High School and graduated in 1988. He played football and earned the honors of All-City, All-Parish, All-District and also earned a Scholarship to play football at Grambling State University. He played under the Legendary Coach Eddie G. Robinson Sr. for four years. While playing for Coach Rob, Craigory was a Four-Year Letterman and was selected as Co-Captain for two-years. He also received the honors of 1st Team All-SWAC and the recipient of the John Gee Award his Senior year. He played on the 1992 Black National Championship Team as well as the 1993 Heritage Bowl Championship Team. Craigory graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. He displays exceptional leadership and management skills, promotes team building and enjoys teaching and training others. He possesses a positive attitude and always encourages others to work hard to be successful. Craigory is inspired daily by his lovely wife Tamie. In his free time, Craigory loves the outside world of landscaping, hunting, fishing, camping and cooking. He currently resides in Opelousas, La.

The son of the late Rev. Y. D. Jackson and Dr. Betty Jackson. Raised in Grambling, LA. Played for the legendary Coach Eddie G. Robinson and the mighty Tigers and was a 3 year letterman and member of the 1989 SWAC Championship team. B.A. degree in Mass Communications, Sports writer for the Ruston Daily Leader. Coaching High School football and track for 30 years. Currently serves as the Athletic Director and Head Boy's Track Coach at Woodlawn Leadership Academy in Shreveport, LA. Named 2 time State Coach of the Year, 1 State Championship, 2 State Runner-up Championships and several Regional and District Championships. He is currently a Louisiana State University Track and Field Official as well as the Offensive Line Coach for the Southern University at Shreveport Jags. Jiles is the Assistant to the Pastor at the Mary Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church in Shreveport, LA under the leadership of Dr. Willie Giles, Jr. He has received his Certificate of Studies in Humanities and Religious Studies from Louisiana Tech University and a Master’s of Theology Degree from Caddo Theological Seminary and Bible College. He is due to receive his Doctoral Degree in Theology May 2022. He has been married for 26 years to the lovely Alecia S. Jiles. They have 1 son and 1 grandchild. Nephew and Godson, Cam Jefferson is starting WR for Airline High School located in Bossier City, LA.

Former Punter for Grambling State University 1985-1988…Received All Conference Honors in 1988 earning All-SWAC first-team and John Gee Award...Well known for faking a punt and scoring a touchdown at the Bayou Classic in 1988. 1990 Graduate of Grambling State University with Bachelor of Science Degree in Therapeutic Recreation…1984 Graduate of Carroll High School…Currently resides in Monroe, La and is a CTRS at Glenwood Behavioral Health, has worked in the Mental Health Field for the past 30 years helping those with mental health illnesses which is my passion…Married to Tazzah Broadway for 27 years…three children…two grandchildren…Nicknamed “B-Way”…Enjoys fishing, traveling, yard work and playing chess.
